Your reward points will be pending until your products have been shipped. This can take upto 24 hours during the week and will not happen over a weekend. But once you have had an email confirming that your order has been shipped your reward points will be updated.

However, we have had occasional problems where an order has been shipped and the reward points have not been updated. This can only be fixed by us. So create a support ticket at the top of the Support page and we will get your points added.
