If you live in the UK we ask you to wait 14 days before we can open an investigation on your missing delivery.
For overseas orders we have to allow 28 days before we can open an investigation as usually its the local postal service in your area or a hold up at customs that can cause a delay.
If you have not received your products within 14 days within the UK or 28 days for overseas delivery please contact us again and we can then open an investigation.
