In order to leave a review you have to first log in to your account. (At the very top of the homepage you can see an option to log in.)
Afterwards find the product page for the product you wish to review.
On the product page, at the bottom of the page of reviews, you can see an option to leave a review.
Enter your rating and your review and then click "Submit Review". Your review will then be submitted.
