There is no online facility to cancel your order. You have to email us before it is despatched. Generally, the post leaves around 2pm. If you get your cancellation in well before that time we can catch it. it. But once it has gone you will have to wait until it has arrived and then send it back for a refund. In order to catch us you can either email or call us. We will let you after we have cancelled if we were successful.
