Some products don't have a silver foil on them. Could they have been tampered with?

We are gradually putting seals on all products. But we are not able to put seals on flip top tubes as the lids are already sealed onto the tube.

We have previously checked and seals and extra plastic wraps do not add any extra freshness to the product. The screw lid is already completely airtight. So as there is no freshness advantage to adding seals. We are adding seals mainly due to our products appearing in shops where there is a risk that somebody may have opened the tube before the customer.

However, ,we do feel that our online customers are very safe. All our products are taken from their storage boxes and posted to you directly. All packing is done in a supervised and controlled space. It has never been on a shelf or in a shop where people have access to it. There is no reason why anybody would have opened it before you. Your product will only have been handled by a clean human hand for a few seconds while it is transferred from a storage box into your parcel.

Over the next couple of years we will gradually include tamper seals on all our products where possible. Some products with flip lids cannot be given tamper seals.
